About Dium Real Estate

Larry Allen, the Broker for Dium Real Estate, is a third generation native of Phoenix.  As such, he has seen the Valley grow from its modest beginnings into one of America’s finest cities.  Mr. Allen has been involved in the Real Estate Industry from his youth.  His Grandfather was a Real Estate Developer involved in the early growth of the Valley.  His Father began General Contracting and Development business in the mid 1940s.  Mr. Allen worked with his Father in the Construction business from a very early age.  He majored in Engineering & Construction Technology and went on to become the Director of Development for a major Hotel Company, where he worked for nearly 20 years.

In 2001, with a goal to spend more time with his wife and growing children, Mr. Allen placed his focus on the Valley’s promising Real Estate market.  In 2009 Mr. Allen founded Dium Real Estate in an effort to provide quality personal service to Clients in all spectrums of the Real Estate world.  With years of experience in Construction, Real Estate Development and Real Estate transactions, Mr. Allen is uniquely qualified in all areas of Real Estate.
